2. Data We Collect
- Identification/contact data: name, email
- Household data: household name, members, roles
- App usage data: grocery lists, tasks, expenses and their history
- Sensitive data — health information: medication names, dosages, and schedules you (or your household members) enter in PillPal
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe; Domus does not store card numbers
- Provider data (HandyBook): name, description, service categories, city, social/website links, ratings received
3. Specific Notice on Sensitive Data (Health)
Medication, dosage, and schedule data you enter in PillPal is sensitive personal data under LFPDPPP Article 3. By using this feature, you give express consent for Domus to process this data solely to provide reminders and maintain a medication history (yours or that of household members you've registered with their authorization). We do not share this data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Purposes of Processing
Necessary purposes (required for the service to function):
- Creating and managing your account and household
- Providing app features (tasks, groceries, expenses, medication reminders)
- Processing subscription payments via Stripe
- Displaying your provider profile in HandyBook, if applicable
Secondary purposes (require your consent, you may opt out):
- Sending you updates about new features or promotions
- Usage analytics to improve the app
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep you signed in and, if we run advertising campaigns (e.g. on Facebook/Meta), analytics tools to measure effectiveness. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. See also our Cookie Notice.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Domus:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — email delivery (magic link, notifications)
- Netlify / Turso — hosting and infrastructure
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO) to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@domuslife.app with your name and specific request. We will respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP.
8. Changes to This Notice
Any changes to this notice will be communicated in-app or by email before taking effect.
